What data we collect

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking scripts, and it loads no third-party content. We collect personal data in only one situation: when you choose to submit one of our website forms (such as the contact form) or contact us by email.

When you submit a form, we store the information you type in — your name (if you provide it), your email address, and your message — together with the page you submitted from and the country your request came from (derived by our hosting provider, Cloudflare). We do not collect anything you do not enter yourself, and there are no hidden trackers.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

• Purpose: solely to read and respond to your enquiry or request.
• Lawful basis (GDPR Art. 6(1)): our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and, where your message concerns a possible or existing service, taking steps at your request.
• Your data is never sold, rented, shared with third parties, or used for marketing.

Where it is stored, and for how long

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1) and are accessible only to us. We keep them for up to 6 months and then delete them, unless an ongoing enquiry requires us to keep a record for longer.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and to object to our processing. To exercise these rights — including deletion on request — contact us.
